What size Homes are available?
We custom design and build every building. Any size, shape, height, or layout is possible. We will work with your Architect or Home Builder to find the right size and style for your new home.
What Construction Services do you offer?
Our construction services include; Design, drafting, and construction of a “weather tight shell.”
While we only offer a portion of the overall construction, we will work with your Architect or Home Builder to incorporate our Post and Beam Framing to the overall completion of your new home.
What construction elements are included in a “Weather tight shell”?
We provide and install all of the following material; Post and Beam Framing, Structural insulating wall and roof panels (SIPS), Windows, Exterior doors, and roofing. We will also supply and install the exterior siding and trim, provided it is a barn board style.
Structural Insulating Panels (SIPS) are attached to the outside of the framing to allow the Post and Beam timbers to be fully visible, and shine, on the interior of your home.
What Lumber Species are available?
Natively Sourced, Eastern White Pine, is the timber species we offer. It is beautiful, durable, and a time-tested construction medium. It is also light-weight and cost concious when compared to other framing species.
Our framing is available rough finish for a rustic feeling, or planed smooth for a bit more refined vibe.
How long does construction take?
There are multiple factors that can contribute to the variability of a projects overall duration. Design changes, weather, material availability, and a miriad of other factors can easily throw a projects schedule off track. Crossing all of your T’s and finalizing your design elements prior to commencing construction will vastly improve your Home Builders ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule.
Here at Sigfridsons, our construction window is based on the size and complexity of your project. We we collaborate with your Home Builder to provide you with a schedule for our portion of your project.

What additional construction services do you offer?
In addition to design and construction, we also offere site work, excavation, and concrete. We also have a veted list of sub-contractors we are able to refer you to. Ex. Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, masonry, painting, and interior trim and finishes.
